You can call our access numbers from any UK phone, without signing up first. Costs for the international calls are settled in the rate you pay for the access number which you can find next to the destination you wish to call.
As an example, making a call to Washington, USA (202 457 XXXX):
1) Dial the access number for the USA: 0844 605 0188 (wait for connection)
2) followed by the international access code (001) and the number you want to call: (202 457 XXXX).
In short: 0844 605 0188 001 202 456 XXXX
MOBILE USAGE TIPS
Save our access numbers on your mobile to get connected quicker.
You can now use the "pause dialing" feature available in most mobile phones to call automatically via our access numbers without having to manually enter the destination number each time. Hence you will be connected straight away. Just edit the number entries in your phone book to include our access numbers followed by a pause and ending with the destination number you wish to call.
As an example, you would like to save the access number 0844 605 0188 and destination number 001 202 456 XXXX. It should look like the following on your mobile "08446050188p001202456XXXX". p = pause but some models show other symbols instead (eg. +,w).
To obtain the pause between the numbers, the instructions are as follow:
Nokia Phones:
A p is displayed after you have pressed * 3 times
Siemens/Panasonic Phones:
A + should appear after 0 has been pressed and held.
Motorola / Ericsson / Samsung Phones:
A p should appear after * has been pressed and held.
BlackBerry:
When you reach the point where you need to program the other string of commands, go to the BlackBerry menu and it will offer you the options of Add Pause or Add Wait.
iPhone:
Tap the + * # key at the lower left of the screen and the layout will change. Tap on the Pause key. To return to the original layout, tap on the 1 2 3 key.
